Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating shipments and transits, tracking incoming articles, and overseeing the procurement of office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process purchase orders, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
  • Track shipment and transit activities, working with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming articles, checking goods received against purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage the purchase of office supplies and ensure sufficient stock levels.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to track order timelines, deliveries, and quality compliance.
  • Maintain organized logs, records, and reports related to purchasing and inventory.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the office and purchasing team.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education diploma (e.g., Diploma van secundair onderwijs or equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.+
  • Previous experience in office coordination, administration, or purchasing/logistics is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with import/export documentation and logistics operations
