the profile of clients’ issues and solutions.
• Think outside of the box and propose creative solutions to ensure client objectives are reached.
• Think ahead: consider longer-term outlook on potential future workstreams and resources.
2. People Management:

have the skills they need to deliver quality work.

professional development.
• Safeguard the general wellbeing of colleagues, actively propose ideas to improve teamwork.
3. Support broader #SustainablePublicAffairs activities:
• Be a well-known name in your network for content expertise and expand this network through e.g.

such as proposal preparation, delivery and contract (re-)negotiations.
• Encourage and embody a collaborative, knowledge-sharing mindset.
