About the Job

Proximus Ada is seeking a dedicated and experienced AI Compliance Expert to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about #AI and #cybersecurity, with a keen understanding of AI technologies and the evolving AI regulatory landscape.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in building responsible AI solutions and applying ethical principles to AI.
  • Experience with developing and implementing AI methodology to ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Define additional roles and responsibilities for AI projects members (data scientist, analytical translator, etc.) and document those tasks in our existing AI lifecycle based on the policies defined by the Legal team.
  • Help building and maintaining a complete AI inventory of all AI solutions built across the group.
  • Define KPI’s to be collected, stored and tracked to ensure compliance with the AI act and ethical standards for all AI use cases.
  • Monitor and interpret from a technical point of view the evolving regulatory landscape to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in our AI delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure AI compliancy by design.
  • Help design and implement company- wide learning content about responsible and trustworthy AI.
  • Provide guidance to our technical AI experts on compliance best practices and ethics, and support for use cases risk assessment.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues or breaches and implement corrective actions together with our AI experts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact in Proximus Ada for regulatory inquiries and inspections related to AI compliance.
  • Support collection of inputs for compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities when required.

Skills Required

  • In- depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to AI (especially EU AI Act, ISO 42K, ...).
  • Relevant experience in developing responsible & trustworthy AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent problem- solving, analytical and critical- thinking skills.
  • Good knowledge of data protection law & regulations (GDPR, Data Act).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • High level of integrity and ethical judgment.
  • Proactive and detail- oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
