The Opportunity
Plan International is seeking a highly motivated NextGen - Digital Data Collection: Transformation - Project Officer to play a pivotal role in transforming our global sponsorship process. As part of our ambition to reach 200 million girls, you will drive improvements across 50 countries by coordinating the integration of a new digital data collection platform. This role will support both technical and non-technical aspects of the system’s adoption, including process integration, socialisation, and training. Joining our NextGen team, you will contribute to the reimagining of how we engage supporters and enhance the impact of our programs in communities.
To succeed in this role, you will bring project management experience, ideally within an international context, and expertise in digital transformation, ICT4D, or digital data collection systems in both enterprise and low-resource environments. You will be adept at translating technical requirements into accessible solutions for diverse users, including those with limited resources. Your ability to coordinate across multicultural teams, communicate effectively, and manage projects within tight timelines will be key to your success in driving this transformation.

Location: The location of this role can be flexible where Plan International has an office* that can employ on behalf of the Global Hub and you have the pre-existing right to work and live.
Type of Role: 2 Year Fixed term contract

Grade: Level 16. Please note that employment terms will be as per the standard terms and conditions in the country where you are based.
