Project’s Final Evaluation | Digitalise Youth

The European Partnership for Democracy (EPD) is recruiting a Consultant or team of consultants to conduct the evaluation of the “Digitalise Youth”, aimed at strengthening the conditions under which young digital activists are able to operate in an accessible, free and safe digital environment in West Africa, Central Africa, and East Africa / the Horn of Africa.

The evaluation is set to take place between May 2026 – December 2026.

Interested bidders are requested to submit a technical and financial offer which will be assessed by an Evaluation Committee against the criteria listed in Annex 1. Please find Annex 1 below at the end of the TOR.
