Job Description

EAI (European Alliance for Innovation) is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning and organization of our scientific activities — including international conferences, academic publications, and community-driven initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career at the intersection of science, innovation, and global collaboration.

You will gain hands-on experience, develop project management skills, and work alongside leading researchers, editors, and innovators from around the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the coordination of scientific conferences, journals, and research initiatives

  • Help manage editorial processes and support communication with researchers and partners

  • Contribute to outreach and community engagement activities

  • Support the development of new project ideas and editorial initiatives

  • Maintain project documentation, timelines, and communications

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor’s degree)
Language skills
English – Proficiency (C2)
Other knowledge
Microsoft – Expert
 
Experience in the position/sector

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Interest in science, innovation, and working in a multicultural environment

  • Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn

  • Proficient English (C1–C2); other languages are a plus

  • Familiarity with MS Word and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace)

Previous experience is not required, but internships, university projects,studies abroad or volunteering in similar areas are a plus.
