Job Description
EAI (European Alliance for Innovation) is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning and organization of our scientific activities — including international conferences, academic publications, and community-driven initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career at the intersection of science, innovation, and global collaboration.
You will gain hands-on experience, develop project management skills, and work alongside leading researchers, editors, and innovators from around the world.
What You’ll Do

Assist in the coordination of scientific conferences, journals, and research initiatives

Help manage editorial processes and support communication with researchers and partners

Contribute to outreach and community engagement activities

Support the development of new project ideas and editorial initiatives

Maintain project documentation, timelines, and communications

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Interest in science, innovation, and working in a multicultural environment

Proactive, communicative, and eager to learn

Proficient English (C1–C2); other languages are a plus

Familiarity with MS Word and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
Previous experience is not required, but internships, university projects,studies abroad or volunteering in similar areas are a plus.
