Join us and help promote a more sustainable, efficient and smart energy system! You will support Knowledge Transfer activities towards different target groups by leveraging on DHC+ experience of education & training and building upon the solid basis that Euroheat & Power members and projects have created in the past years. You will report to the Director of Knowledge Transfer and help us further develop new and enhanced skills and competencies associated to the energy transition and decarbonisation of the European heating and cooling sector:
- DHC Knowledge Hub: maintain and grow the database of district heating and cooling related resources, ensure the high quality of information, improve its user-friendliness.
- Education & Training: assist in organisation of our flagship initiatives such as the International DHC+ Summer School and the Student Awards.
- Skills: engage with the HR departments of our member organisations to maintain and update the DHC Jobs portal; support additional activities related to the Skills4DHC and the DHC Academy project.
- Knowledge transfer initiatives: support the organisation of the Global District Energy Climate Awards, DHC crash course for cities, and the District Heating Divas network.
- Research: collect and coordinate inputs from stakeholders, draft reports, contribute to studies and project-related activities on skills and labour shortages.
- Day-to-day operation and support of EHP and DHC+: support the work of the DHC+ secretariat, participate in meetings and ensure effective information sharing, cooperation, and communication with DHC+ and EHP members.
Skills
- You have / or are about to get a Master's Degree in relevant topics.
- You have a genuine interest in working in clean energy sector.
- You have experience with digital communication tools and social media.
- You are a team player, flexible, eager to help and capable of working independently.
- You are organised, you pay great attention to details, and you are able to keep deadlines.
- You are fluent in English and can write in a concise and clear manner.
- You are a creative communicator with an innovative mindset.
- You are willing and motivated to work with youth (students and young professionals), local authorities, and empower women.

- Salary package: 1056 € per month, meal vouchers (8€ per working day with a 1.09€ employee’s contribution), transportation allowance (55€ per month), GSM, internet, IT Equipment.
