🐝 About the team
You’ll join our Marketing department, reporting directly to Richma Piaraly, who is leading EPI’s European consumer and brand expansion.
Your scope will be deeply international:
You will lead and develop a team of 4 marketing professionals across different European countries, bringing cohesion, direction and energy to a fast‑moving environment.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Operations, Banking partners, and local market teams, ensuring all campaign activities are aligned and impactful.
You will play a key role in major upcoming projects:

Launching new markets

Major B2C growth initiatives across eCommerce and POS

Elevating Wero’s brand identity

Bringing new product features to life across Europe

Shaping the marketing roadmap with high ownership
💥 Your impact
In this role, you will:

Define, design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Europe.

Drive the go‑to‑market strategy for all new product features and new countries.
-
Lead the channel mix, narrative and creative development with agencies (incl. scope negotiation).

Own media planning and budget allocation per country and channel.
-
Leverage market research to tailor strategy to local market dynamics.
-
Orchestrate cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.

Define and manage KPIs, reporting and budgets to maximize efficiency and accountability.

Lead, mentor and structure your international team of 4, fostering collaboration, clarity, and growth.
🕵🏻♀️ To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements

10+ years of experience in B2C marketing, ideally across multiple European markets.

Proven experience leading and developing a marketing team.

Strong expertise in integrated campaigns and managing large multi-country media budgets.

Experience in fintech, payments, digital financial services or high-growth tech.

Background in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments.
